Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
• At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
• With knowledge of HR functions(pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
• With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer.
• Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent English communication(both written and verbal)
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
• With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Potential to handle a leadership role.
